Our Programs

Training built around you

From your very first movement assessment to your next competition podium, every program at Intense 33 is coached live, scaled for your level, and backed by a community that won’t let you quit.

What's Included

Six ways to train with us

Mix and match — most members combine group classes with strength cycles and the occasional community event.

Group WOD Classes

60-minute coached sessions blending strength, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. New workout of the day, every day — never boring, never repetitive.

Strength & Powerlifting

Progressive barbell cycles focused on the squat, bench, and deadlift. Track your numbers, hit new PRs, and build a foundation that carries into everything else.

Beginner Foundations

A guided onboarding track covering squat, hinge, press, and pull mechanics one-on-one with a coach before you step into your first group class.

Small-Group Coaching

Focused sessions capped at a handful of athletes for members who want more individual attention on technique and programming.

Nutrition Guidance

Practical, no-fad coaching on fueling your training — delivered by coaches who train the same way you do, not a generic meal-plan app.

Community Events

In-house throwdowns, holiday WODs, and team entries in events like the Texas Warrior Mudout — because the gym doesn't stop at the front door.

Why It Works

Programming that respects your level

Every class is written by a coach and scaled live, in the room, for the person actually doing the movement — not a generic template.

FAQ

Questions before you jump in?

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Contact us directly and we’ll answer within one business day.

Absolutely — most of our members walked in with zero gym experience. Every new athlete starts with a Foundations session to learn the movements before joining a group class.

Comfortable athletic clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all equipment — barbells, plates, and accessories are included in every membership.

Coaches write two to three scaling options for every workout and adjust live on the floor. Weight, reps, and movement variations flex to match where you are that day.

Our gym is proudly family-friendly — you’ll often see members’ kids around during classes and events. Ask us about current youth programming when you visit.

Yes — your first class is completely free. From there, drop-in passes and monthly plans are available with no long-term contract required.
